What are the fruits and vegetables made of?
The majority of our fruits and vegetables are made from a compressed polyfoam material, which gives the product a solid structure and makes it lightweight and durable.
Is your site secure?
Yes. You can be sure that your personal and credit card information is kept confidential. As you proceed to checkout and purchase any items from our web site, you will see the lock appear in the lower right hand side of your internet explorer browser.This indicates that the information entered is transferred through a secure connection using industry standard encryption methods to ensure that your personal information can not be read by others.
How are these products used and displayed?
Most of our products are designed for indoor use as retail and home decorations and accessories. Our artificial fruits and vegetables are used in various displays and arrangements. They can be displayed on their own or crafted into other arrangements such as wreaths and other decorative forms. Our faux food is also frequently requested and used for background or props for commercial photo shoots or on major motion picture film sets.
How soon do you ship?
95% of our orders are shipped within one business day. Occasionally some items do get backordered causing a slight delay in shipment. This tends to happen at times with our artificial pastries as they are all hand made in a small production facility. Also seasonal overload, especially around the holidays, can cause minor delays in shipping. We do make special priority for Next Day, Second Day and Three Day Select air shipment orders. We do our best to get these orders shipped ASAP.
Do you have volume discounts for large orders?
Yes. Our volume discounts go primarily for our artificial fruits and vegetables. The only stipulation is that the order must be placed for the box or bag quantity of the ordered item. If you would like to place an order for a large amount of our artificial fruits and vegetables, please inquire with us about volume and pricing.
If I am dissatisfied with the product can I return it for a refund?
Yes. If you are dissatisfied with any items you've purchased from us, you may return them for a refund, exchange or store credit.
Where do you ship from?
Our business is located in Akron, Pennsylvania. All orders are shipped from our facility here in PA.
Do you have a catalog?
As most of our customers have access to the internet and our web site, we are best able to update and maintain our catalog and pricing online through our web site. We have a price list and a small picture sheet that we can mail to those interested in obtaining a printed list of our items and pricing.
Do you ship to international locations?
Yes. Most of our international orders are shipped UPS Worldwide Express to Canada and the U.K. If delivery time is not as urgent, please check with us for lower cost shipping to the U.K. and other locations via parcel post.
What shipping carrier do you use?
Our web site is set up to calculate UPS shipping expenses with your order. If you would like us to use a different carrier, please contact us to make special arrangements for your order to be shipped via the carrier you would like to specify.
Do you take custom orders?
We currently do not take any custom orders for any altered variations of the products that we sell.
Do you carry any other items that are not listed on your web site?
At this time all products that we carry are currently listed on our web site.
How can I find out what the shipping cost would be for my order?
You may use our online UPS shipping calculator to calculate shipping expenses for your order. Just add the items you are interested in to your shopping cart and click on the "checkout" button. Enter your address and type of shipping you would like and click the "calculate shipping cost" button.
Do you have a minimum order for wholesale orders?
No. The only requirement is that wholesale customers must order by the quantity contained in each package. No provision for mixing colors within a sealed package of our items can be made.
What is your lead time for very large orders?
We stock our artificial fruits and vegetables in large quantities. 95% of our large volume orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. If you are looking to place a large order for pieces numbering in the thousands, we can fill your order. Again in most cases we can ship within 1-3 business days. In the case that the items must be manufactured to fill an order, 3-4 months is the suggested lead time in placing the order. Also a 20% security deposit will be collected at the time the order is placed for such large orders that require overseas production.
Are the fruits and vegetables ok for outdoor use?
We do not promote our items as completely weather proof, but they may be displayed outdoors given they are not exposed to harsh elements for long periods of time as they may fade or show signs of weathering. Such exposure can compromise the item's realistic appearance.
How do you care for or clean the fruits and vegetables?
The fruits and vegetables are durable and resistant to deterioration over time. Care should be taken not to crush or scratch the product so the surface doesn't lose its realistic appearance. The product can be cleaned using a wet cloth to gently remove any dirt or stains.
